During the onboarding process you’ll be given access to a Salesforce portal, where you can place orders for clients.
Highspot is a key resource for everything from MSP guides to resources and templates. To get started, you will be sent an auto-generated email to set up a password.
Click the link in the email, input your work email address and choose a password before registering.
You will also be sent a separate “welcome” email with a link to the Support & How To Spot and high-level guidance around the registration process, in case you need additional help.
You now have access to Highspot! Just log in with your chosen email/password – it’s that simple.
You will receive an email from noreply@salesforce. com on behalf of the Intacct Community with your Partner Portal “Community” credentials. The Partner Portal is there to help you track your sales leads and opportunities, as well as place orders and manage your Intacct account. You’ll also be able to access the Intacct Community through the Hub.

Sage University provides you with your training path for Sage Managed Services Program learning and certification. But before you can kickstart the process, you’ll need to register for the Sage University Learning Management System.
Start by creating your Sage ID. Simply visit the Sage University login page, choose the ‘Create account’ option at the bottom of the page and follow the on-screen instructions.
Don’t forget that you’ll need access to the email address you’ll be using within your partner organization, as well as your Sage account number.
Next, link your Sage ID to your Sage University account by heading to www.sageu.com and selecting ‘United Kingdom’ via the ‘Select your region’ button.
To create a partner profile, click the ‘Log on’ button.
Enter the same details you used to create your Sage ID and then follow the remaining prompts.
Once you have completed your Accountant Specialist certification, you’ll receive an email from noreply@salesforce. com On Behalf Of (Sage Intacct Employee name) with your login credentials to your Partner Console.
The Partner Console is the production environment for managing your Intacct clients and gaining access to their Intacct instances. Please note that only primary contacts will receive access.

As part of the program, up to 10 users can use GoProposal Premium. You will be introduced to GoProposal by your Onboarding Manager who’ll confirm your credentials and training path.
